I have software experience in a lot of software used in the business world. Worked as a Technical Support Analyst for 9 years at Les Schwab where I helped troubleshoot and train employees with the software.

Hardware Experience

I have tested and helped write support documents for all the hardware used at the Les Schwab company. I also have install experience with the hardware and have installed hardware in some of the new stores.
