Created and implemented entire internal accounting process after company had been outsourcing the accounting for almost two decades. Reconciled three years’ worth of accounting within the first six months of being with the company. Improved the billing and collections process which made it possible to decrease past due accounts by $600,000+ within a year.

Integrated a new accounting database that better tracked project costs, budgets, time and expenses that covered the previous 10 years and for all future entries. Implemented weekly progress program for Project Managers and Engineers to display a more transparent view of all project activity. Recouped $500,000+ in revenue by implementing a more efficient collections process.

Revised accounting documenting system for all policies and procedures. Worked with the Internal Revenue Service to reduce an outstanding tax bill of $300,000+ down to $30,000+. Implemented a new billing and collections process that increased company revenue in excess of $1,000,000 within a year.
