As a member of the Nonconventional Order Team, picked customer orders and created custom packaging and shipping solutions for oversized or oddly-shaped merchandise. Used knowledge of all aspects of production to troubleshoot problems to resolution while adhering to strict production and safety standards.

Guest Relations Consultant – Dallas Zoo, Dallas, TX: January 2013 – March 2014. Insured that guests at the Dallas Zoo had the optimal experience during their visit. Interacted with the public at the information booth, animal exhibits and shows, and ran the carousel ride. Provided information on events and shows and made suggestions based on ages of guests and their children to maximize their enjoyment and upsell additional activities such as the carousel and monorail. Recognized for superior customer service multiple times on Zoo Customer Surveys.
Leadership and Community Relations: Girl Scout Silver Award and Community Service Award winner. Designed, coordinated, and implemented a Voter Registration Drive for the 2008 general election that resulted in over 250 new voter registrations in Garland and Richardson, Texas. As a Junior Zookeeper and Conservation Guide volunteer at the Dallas Zoo, logged over 350 volunteer hours working to care for animals and interacting with visitors to the Lacerte Family Children’s Zoo. Varsity Cheerleader 2007 – 2010, Co-Captain 2009-2010.
Goal Setting and Achievement: As a Junior Girl Scout in 2005 I set a goal of visiting Pax Lodge, the World Girl Scout Center in London, England during my senior year of high school. I calculated the cost for the trip and created a six-year fundraising plan with yearly goals to meet it. In addition to the Cookie Sale every year I made items to sell at craft fairs, conducted garage sale fundraisers, and planned and conducted workshops for younger Girl Scouts to earn badges. I met my goal in the fall of 2010 and spent 6 days in London during March 2011.
