Scope of work:
1.Assist Head of HSE and ensure the smooth functioning of the HSE Department.
2.Collect analyze and maintain statistic on nay accident, near miss, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or disease occurring in the workplace.
3.Assist facilitate the management review the HSE plan quarterly.
4.Visit yard and assist tool box talk.
5.Cascade HSE information to vessel and yard staff.
6.Promote HSE tools such as ACT and UCUX, promote and guide the worker to identify unsafe acts/ unsafe condition. Guiding the worker to intervene and write the ACT card and UCUX form.
7.Identify areas for improvement for safety in yard, office and vessel.
8.Safety briefing to pre-sign on crew and safety induction to any visitor or new office staff.
9.Perform in house Safety coaching on board vessel at port or on location.
