PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

•Worked as Trainee - Engineer for a period of 3 Months at Equvera Applied Automation, Chennai.

•Having a skill on handling MITSUBISHI PLC and its Software,Control panel wiring and Field wiring.

PROJECT:

Title: De-Inking Plant Final Tower Control Using PLC

Description:

The whole scenario of my project is related to process control and automation.Here the output from De-Inking plant is stored in a tower and which is used for the production of paper.Previously they were using Relay system for controlling the tower and the process of producing the paper.There is a lot of disadvantage in using Relay system such as wirings, speed, solving of errors,etc..To overcome this we used PLC in our project.PLC is a device where the whole process is achieved by using program.Here wirings were limited,the speed response is high and the whole process can control by using one simple software in pc.
