Post-emergency, works with Property Manager to conduct evaluations and create a detailed assessment report and to implement appropriate changes as needed.

Now represent CH2M Hill in the Efficient and well organized operation of Shell Technology Center Houston Central Plant Operations. STCH has 40 buildings over 1.2 million sq/ft on 200 acres.

Central Plant consist of about 10,000 ton of chilled water capacity, 2- Boilers at 200 psi steam, a 5 Mega Watt HRB Solar CoGen, Compressed Air System delivering about 3,000 cfm air, DI water skid, RO water skid and Hydrogen skid for the site.

Responsible for New store set up of all utilities in 12 different States, making sure all Utilities, Deposits and Surety Bonds are in place.

Make sure we are getting the best price on Electricity and Natural Gas in all regions.

Responsible for reviewing all 170 stores utility bills for proper payment, so we do not have any cut off or disconnects or late fee’s.

Review all usage of electricity, water and gas to ensure we are not using any more than another same sq/ft store does. Academy now has about 11.5 million sq/ft. in retail space.

Make reports showing usage on a month to month basis to identify any anomalies. Visualize with graphs on excel spreadsheets.

Work with the maintenance department to make sure any water or irrigation leaks are identified and then repaired. Also check with local utility to see if we may be due any credit/rebates after repairs are made.

Investigate any rebates available on new equipment being installed; like roofs and Heating & air conditioning units.

Responsible for Facility Operations at Chase Bank Building in Downtown Houston, A Texas and National Historical Landmark.

Responsible for providing energy advice and coordination for lighting, controls, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Identify and provide documentation of on-site opportunities for energy efficiency and provide follow-up as required for Capital improvements.

Wrote the specifications for the upgrade of the Central Plant control system with an estimated savings of 60k year.

Direct accountability for three office buildings totaling about 1 million sq. ft. managed by CBRE.
