Led and provided the IT strategy technology and tools, to support the transformation, development and operation of a growing organization. The Corporation, along with the IT department budget, doubled in size in 4 years. IT department supports hundreds of work stations and other mobile devices.

Leveraged IT as a strategy to drive business value, increased sales using BI and ERP, improved cash flow by changing the POS system, improve customer satisfaction (upgraded the company web site and replaced the CRM system).
