Career Highlights

From Sept 2010 till date:

Currently working as In-charge of Indian Chemical Council, for Andharapradesh and Telangana region.

I am actively involved in coordinating training programmes like Process Safety Management, Awareness programmes on industrial safety focused on the EHS staff belonging to the chemical industries with the coordination of external consultants recommended by the Indian Chemical Council.

With the permission of Indian Chemical Council, I am also acting as a Technical Consultant for UV Solar Energy systems for their PV Power plant projects off grid and on grid.

My consultancy work involves the following activities:

Coordination with engineering department and clients for procurement and process design of Megawatt scale tracking and fixed axis PV power plant. Site inspection for, Work progress, raw materials, Manpower Planning, Site workers safety, Erection and Maintenance of PV Power plant

Semiconductor process technologist having more than 22 years of experience in the area of Silicon crystal growth (CZ, FZ and Casting) / Wafering (Wire saw /IDSAW)/ Wafer cleaning, Lapping, Polishing (Semiconductor grade wafer), solar cell process and PV Modules (C-Si Solar cell and Multi crystal solar cell)and poly Silicon process.

Knowledge of poly Silicon manufacturing, packaging, transportation, storage, handling and use, including Characteristic analysis for Resistivity, type test and detailed knowledge of customer facilities and applications

Significant Highlights:

Indigenous development of Graphite parts like Graphite heater, Heat shield, legs, and replace tungsten rod to slim rod for CVD process of Poly silicon.

Recovery of process of silicon materials converted to usable Crystals. Vent gas Argon was Recycled and reused for crystal pulling process.

Reuse of Process and rejected wafers (Both PV and Semiconductor grade) for Solar cell. (Lapping technique and edge correction)

Converted wire cutting abrasive Oil based slurry to water based Slurry.

Project worked for separating PEG from slurry and separated PEG

Semi automated RTV disposer and rework on rejected Modules.

Process achievement done for making solar cells using semiconductor rejected Wafers.( recovery process)

Installed solar power system off grid (3kVa power systems),PV street light and PV Water pumps.
