Key Responsibilities:

Administration-

Responsible for setting up the Administration, IR, ER, HR & Facility Management for the organization.

Manage the overall administrative affairs inclusive of setting up of Camp Facilities and Infrastructure like water supply/Power Supply and other amenities for the smooth management of the Country Office & Site Offices, Labour Camps and Staff Quarters.

Liaison effectively with various government agencies for Compliances with all legal formalities as per Law of the country like Work Permits, Residence Visa, Entry/Exit Visa .

Management of Transportation of entire Site and Country Office.

Catering and Mess Services of all Camps, Leave & Travel Arrangement.

IR Laws and its compliances with local statutory laws in the arena of Recruitment, termination and promotions.

Cultural training of personnel both workers and staff to adapt to local conditions respecting local cultural ethoes and practices.

Responsible to Admin related vendor development & management; centralize the rate contract with aim to leverage economies of scale for better negotiations.

Maintaining effective Office Administration for better coordination in the office premises.

Generating maintenance reports & MIS reports on daily basis for the running of company operations.

Payroll Management

Facilitation for operations like arranging passes, VISA, Work Permits and licenses managing the projects with right candidates. To see to it that visa expenses are monitored on a regular basis and also timely mobilization and de-mobilization are in place

Establish and cater to the existing and arising needs for office space, staff camps, transportation requirements and manage site administrative services viz. Accommodation camps, Cafeteria at camp as well as site, Security, Transport, Office peripherals, Site equipments, Housekeeping, Clinic etc.,

Appoint and provide interface with travel agents for Air tickets, Courier services, Hotels for stay of guests, contracts for equipment maintenance etc.

Transport fleet management and control – own & leased vehicles, effective driver allocation, maintenance schedule and effective utilization as per the Company Policy

Insurance: Project Insurances like Contractors Plant and Machinery, Third Party Liability,Workmen’s Compensation, Group Life Personal Accident,

Disaster Management (Fire, Short Circuit, Accident).

Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.

Responsible for the development and delivery of the employee induction program.

Design of a merit increase and salary review system with built in factors such as salary review budget, individual performance, market rate of the job and internal equity to ensure fair and equitable review of salaries within the business.

Delivery of training to employees on a regular basis – e.g. induction training; quality training; training on effective recruitment and performance management.

Ensuring company compliance with all legislation and advising managers on all industrial relations issues;

Support people managers & payroll activities including salary benchmarking and the bonus process;

Liaising with union representatives in all negotiations such as shift changes, redundancy criteria and other general IR issues;

Project management – leading & supporting business related projects to drive HR and the business forward.
