As a fighting personality in dairy industry for the past 15 years with 24 years in food processing industry experience I am looking for a suitable place for a permanent solution to cope up my life in which I can find a job with learning more in an suitable concern.

1.Six years experience in M/S Vyshnavi dairy specialities Wyrs (Andhra) and Chennai as Dairy Executive Manager.

2.Two years experience as Plant manager in Selvi dairy products,Thirunelveli

3.One year experience as plant manager in RBS Dairy farm Veerakeralampudur.

4.Nearly five years experience as Deputy Manager plant operations, at AR Dairy food Private Limited,Dindigul

5.Three months work as plant manager in winner milk private limited, Pondicherri.

6.Now working as manager in Sai farms Pollachi

In Winner milk they planned to establish Powder plant and so I was appointed but due to their position they have dropped the program and so I left there.

1. I started my career as prawn processing and microbiology testing executive in Andhra and I shifted to dairy industry at Vyshnavi dairy specialities

2. As I started my career I started with lab and by hard working I developed and earned skills in processing.

3. I established the quality control lab there with microbial test analysis

4. I was the in charge of Iso certificate system developer there.

5. I was the in charge of SMP purchases

6. I was the in charge of curd,ghee and paneer production in Vyshnavi dairy.

7. I was the in charge for procurement milk quality developer at Vyshnavi dairy.

8 Planning and scheduling the milk for processing

Selvi Dairy and RBS Dairy near by Surandai

(Selvi dairy 2007 to 2009 and RBS dairy 2009 to 2010)

!. At Selvi dairy and RBS dairy I was working as plant manager.

2.. As the successful dairy lies in good procurement policies and quality management in procurement I gave main attention at the procurement in the south side dairies I worked and attained more than 1 Hour MBRT in those dairies.

AR.Dairy,Dindigul (March 2010 to November 2014)

1.I was working as Deputy manager at AR dairy food private limited for nearly five years.

2.I handled nearly 70 persons per shift there.

3.The flow of work hier archi was Deputy Manager,Plant In charge, Senior technical officer, Junior technical officer, operators, helpers and labors.

4.The first job there was to schedule the daily schedule as per the requirement and procurement.

5.Process plant, quality control lab,curd plant, Evaporator plant, packing section and dispatch were directly reporting to me.

6.I was one of the management representative for FSSAI program there.

7.Total plant activities was under my supervision.

8.Curd quality maintainance was directly under my control.

9.SMP plant scheduling, daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule was under my control.

1.I was appointed to establish the powder plant there.

2.I carried out the regulations of the chilling center and procurement from three chilling centres

SAI farms pollachi (From March 2015 to upto date)

1.Sai farms pollachi is just started and I am now developing the system for procurement, plant activities, lab activities and market

2.Procurement planning and control is under me and we are collecting 4000 lits of milk with 1.5 hours MBRT

3.Market has developed from 3000 to 4000 lits within one month of my joining there

4.All the staffs are new to the dairy industry including the management and I bear the sole responsibility of developing this concern now.
