Doubled check all orders (trailer, driver, & equipment needed) scheduled to go out the next day. Enter the driver & trailer info in computer for tracking & invoicing. Put together all paperwork needed for delivery’s and review with drivers. Call available drivers to cover dropped or missed loads. Assist drivers on the road with Road Service, Towing, Tire repairs, ComChecks, ect. Contact loading facilities or customers regarding drivers being late or needing to re-schedule. Keep up with drivers scheduled arrival time to yard and also loads as they left the yard. Checked that DOT logs were current.

Daily - Responsible for overseeing and collecting all paperwork pertaining to jobs (water restoration, structural rebuild, ect) from beginning to completion for invoicing purposes. Assisted the “Operations Department” with ordering supplies & materials, phone calls to & from Sub vendors, follow ups with insurance adjusters, creating new job forms or tracking sheets in excel, and entering job notes in JPP. Catastrophe - “IKE” Sep. 2008 – Nov. 2008; I was moved to the main office to assist with overseeing the daily paperwork – Labor time, materials & equipment sheets per job. Gather, locate, order, picked up and or get resources delivered to each job site. Conduct daily meetings for status/updates of all jobs. I was the central of operations for all the catastrophe jobs. Responsible for reviewing and or re-working all of the time & material invoices for the insurance company and or customer as needed.

Assisted with setting up the radio room. Programmed all the frequencies into the scanners. Listened to Fire Department radio’s for leads on “Fire, Water, or Smoke” damages and then dispatch the leads to the E.R.T’s / Salesmen.
