Professional Experience:

Buyer/Kanban Coordinator Supervisor

July 2015 – Present

I have been spending time daily with the KBC Team watching their processes, helping them adjust their ordering times, linking them in with the Buying Team, working with them on how we need to address our excess inventory, helping them set up Kanban Tags and locations for a new Production Line that is moving to Moses Lake.

I have always been a key contact for trucking schedules and because of that it has allowed me to easily comprehend this link to the KBC order sequencing.

Working with suppliers and adjusting/increasing supplier deliveries to increase inventory turns.

Developed Standard Work for the KBC Team pertaining to their ordering processes.

Reorganize our empty Kanban drop off locations in order to create better flow. The old process did not allow for proper FIFO and created PO errors as well as extensive supplier management by the KBC Team.

Set up TTMS goals for both teams and prepare for yearly reviews.
