Monitor and calculate the quality of bankruptcy work as measured against timelines, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees in the training of employees. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

July 2015 –October 2015: Reservist, Executive Specialist

Deployed to DR-4231-NJ Colts Neck, NJ – Executive Specialist and Coach Evaluator for Executive Specialist, Trainee to assist Seamus Leary, FCO DR-4231-NJ-Severe storm. As an Executive Specialist to Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO)-deployments and duties were as follows and included: *

Establish, maintain and finalize all FCO files until transitioning return to respective Regional office s following Joint Field Office completion and closure;

Prepare and coordinate completion of FEMA/State Agreement, including all corresponding Amendments for proper distribution to HQ, State, JFO and Region offices;

Prepare minutes from Command/General Staff meetings; release information and copies of sensitive/confidential material to authorized personnel; complete specific assignments as directed by FCO while exercising absolute discretion in personal and confidential matters in administrative duties to FCO;

Calendar appointments and resolve conflicting scheduling; organize/prepare travel arrangements and travel vouchers and voucher payments adhering to FEMA travel regulations and accounting procedures; managing and coordinating calendars, schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts; maintain office files and records and supplies;

Prepare Signature Authority matrix and acquire signature authority approval for weekly travel vouchers, overtime (actual and estimated) from all department heads for FCO approval;

Complete all new and renewal mandatory training

Deployed to Region 6 July 2014 as an Executive Specialist to provide administratve support for Response Division Director, Acting Division Director and Response Division Analyst. Overall duties included:

Serving as an Administrative Assistant to Response Division Director, Deputy Division Director and Finance Analyst by assisting in coordination and management of calendars, resolving conflicts with schedules; and managing travel arrangements; maintain office files, records and supplies; scheduling of meetings, conference rooms, and teleconference calls;

Manage daily time and attendance for all Response Division members with verification of accountability of all staff including implementation of safety/security measures for any cause of alarm of unaccounted staff;

Preparation of correspondence, Response Divisional Weekly Report and management of incoming/outgoing mail;

Preparation of travel arrangements and voucher payments for leadership staff in coordination with Concur and National Travel Service program and guidelines;

Served as Timekeeper for over 50 staff members managing all sick, annual, compensatory time incorporating Compressed and Telework Work Schedules with any and all changes in each respective work schedule;
