Senior EH&S Lead, 2014-2015

Working for Great Bear Petroleum on the North Slope of Alaska as a HSE Coordinator oversee all Heath Safety and Environmental aspects of the drilling and construction programs.

Plays a lead role as a EH&S Senior Lead for Rosetta Resources in the area of Permian Basin, West TX with responsibility for overseeing EH&S and OSHA, EPA, DNR and DEP regulations on drilling, completion, and construction locations.

Key Accomplishments:

Ensures that contractors working on locations follow regulatory and internal standards building a team and safety company culture among Rosetta’s business partners.

Led key investigations, developed EH&S processes, Great Brea and Rosetta’s orientation, rig audits, and implemented all necessary corrective actions.

HES Advisor, 2012-2014

Safety Supervisor, 2006-2009

Led efforts as a Safety Supervisor / H2S Lead for multiple oil, gas, pipeline and construction companies both onshore and offshore conducting per-job safety meetings, coordinating safety trainings, performing site safety audits, and conducting accident and incident investigations along with site orientations. Lead HSE program on coal fired boiler on power plants and paper mills during shutdowns and turnarounds.

Key Accomplishments:

Oversaw the rigging up of the fixed monitoring systems, fresh air systems and conducted daily inspection of H2S equipment.

Safety Coordinator, 2006I worked as Safety Coordinator on a 350 megawatt boiler where my job duties were to do site orientations and training, daily site safety inspection with the EKPC Safety Coordinator, accident and incident investigations, conduct weekly safety meetings, and performed job site safety inspections daily.
