Inversiones LK 1 C.A. is a company dedicated to investment in construction.

While working for Corporacion Reflex C.A. ( see below), the owner of Inversiones LK1 C.A. wanted me to correct several problems in the 8 acre industrial park just finished (see below, my employment with GRUPO PMA, C.A.). In addition, the company started a 5 floor office building and a 650.000SF mall, this project has an estimated cost of 60 million dollars, at the time of my leave, I was participating in a additional development project to build a 20 acres industrial/office complex. I was asked to join the management team for such projects, the work became permanent and now I work exclusively LK1 C.A..

Job description: in charge of the construction branch of Corporacion Reflex C.A. from bidding to project completion, estimating, manage and coordinate subcontractors and/or professional staff in the different areas of the project at hand, technical inspections, work schedules, logistics, procurements, preparation of necessary documents needed for project execution, as well as interacting with our client’s technical staff, sub-contractors and labor unions.

-Worked as a general contractor for a client converting a 32 acre industrial park to a commercial mall/hotel/entertainment hub and residential complex. -Engineering project manager in the design of an electrical power plant (80MW) located in el Vigia, Estado Merida (2010), leader of multidisciplinary team (civil, electrical and mechanical) to complete the project from start to finish; interaction and coordination with client and government, US generators supplier (Pratt & Whitney) and the national electrical utility.

The product manager was in charge of the team that took care of the projects (engineers, salesmen, etc.), the most challenging part was the material logistic and the coordination of both suppliers and contractors.
