It also provide interface to orientate the V5 solids to the machine axis, and provide machining operations for holes, cutouts, profiles, barcode pocket and scribes for the blanking tools (Punch, Die)

Built an automation application to handle the drawing generation process for the tooling department. It provides flexibility to the user to create the required drawing border from the available programs, groups, types & sizes

Built an alternative interface to view & modify tool change manufacturing operation settings. User could view and modify the manufacturing operation settings of a tool easily.

Generated quality control and standard manufacturing CATProcess check application. This application validates the CATProcess size, CATProcess file name length, folder size, CATParts/CATProducts need update, constraints need update, & tool path status etc. It displays the result with pass/fail & log the error report with fail entity.

Programmed application to configure the CATIA V5 version/environment into the user machine. It offer user to set selected CATIA V5 version from the available CATIA versions & configure the CATSettings/environments on the user machine
