Member of Corporate Review Team where I analyzed and evaluated strategic investments and real estate proposals greater than $5 million; including writing briefing memos for the Treasurer and executive management. Prepared dividend recommendation/presentations for the Verizon Board of Directors, and performed ad hoc primary equity research & analysis.
Assist in the planning, development, implementation and analysis of the Association of Financial Professionals, AFP's, initial "Cost of Capital Survey".
Analyze the abnormal returns on the stocks of companies that issued special dividends or accelerated dividend payments to shareholders in advance of dividend taxation changes.

Manager – International Treasury, 2001-2004
Provide treasury consulting in cash management, foreign exchange, credit and capitalization to Verizon international business units. Forecast international cash flows, liquidity requirements, and foreign currency exchange rates, using the PPP, Purchasing Power Parity model. Liaise with Legal, International Accounting and Tax to ensure optimal capital structures, funds flows, and duly authorized resolutions.
Assist with $25M CTI Argentina Debt Restructuring, acquisitions of telecom properties in Austria and Puerto Rico, and divestitures of European and Asian directory businesses.

Establish new treasury operations / cash management functions for a spin-off with $1.2 billion in revenues, including development of an organic, Excel based Treasury Workstation.

Winner Chairman’s Leadership Award for assisting with moving Treasury Operations and cash management functions from Stamford, CT headquarters to Dallas, Texas.
Led special projects including: re-engineering accounts payable & payroll, reducing 15 disbursement banks to 2, with introduction of Match Pay with imaging; EFT project resulting in reducing 7 concentration banks to 2, while increasing electronic funds transfer security and quality of transaction reporting.
Assist with the selection and implementation of XRT Treasury workstation and development of intercompany note system.
