As a contract Project Manager – oversaw the discovery, development, and implementation of the following project as required by the State of Hawaii.
Electronic Death registration System (EDRS) – The EDRS is a secured online system for reporting and recording deaths occurring in the State of Hawaii. The project is sponsored by Hawaii’s Department of Health (DOH) and the Social Security Administration (SSA). Using state-of-the art web based technologies, the system interfaces with the SSA, the local Medical Examiner, and Hawaii’s Department of Health’s internal systems.
Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) – HCE is a restricted online system that allow vendors to meet state regulatory requirements when conducting business with state and county government entities. The system required collaboration between four (4) separate state agencies while presenting a single interface to the vendors. Compliance status is available for review by state and county buyers for use in determining vendor contract and payment eligibility.
Jury Pool – A jury notification system that provides court and case information to potential jurors via public internet access. This system includes a public interface as well as administrative functionalities for the First and Third Circuit courts in the State of Hawaii.
