Project Manager – Responsible for several Capital Projects for Suiza Dairy including the installation of the new Anhydrous Milk Fat Equipment, the installation of a new 40% Cream Separator, installation of a new Ultrafiltration Equipment of Cream to extract the cream protein and the development of a new in line standardizer for the raw milk. Support to Suiza Engineers in writing the CAPEX for several projects.

Project Manager – Portugues Dam Project Oct 2010-May 2014– Responsible for the supervision of the construction of the mechanical work, scheduling, cost and coordination between Dragados USA and USACE for the construction of the Regulating Outlet Pipe and all the piping of the Portugues Dam Project.

Project Manager – Replacement of the HVAC System for the Ramon Figueroa Chapel Amphitheater Jan 2013 to Oct 2013 – Responsible for the supervision of the replacement, scheduling, cost and coordination between the University and the designer and sub-contractors of the HVAC Unit and the Chiller that serve the Amphitheater Ramon Figueroa Chapel at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.

Nestle Facilities - Installation of Warehouse Freezer – Responsible for all the floor demolition and freezer installation for one of the clients of the warehouse. We worked as a subcontractor on the installation of the new freezer.

Project Engineer – Banco Popular, Hato Rey, PR – Responsible for the supervision of construction work, scheduling, costs and coordination between Banco Popular, designers and contractors for the construction of the new expansion of the Popular Center Facilities.

Project Inspector – Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, Utuado, PR - Coordination and daily inspections of the construction of the new Waste Water Treatment Plant and coordination and daily inspections of the new Caonilla’s Lake Raw Water Pump Station.

Project Engineer – Amgen Inc. Juncos, PR – Responsible for the supervision of construction work, scheduling, costs and coordination between Amgen, designers and contractors for the installation of a new Water for Injection Distiller and a new 550-ton Glycol Chiller.

Project Engineer – Lilly del Caribe Inc., Carolina, PR – Provide coordination and support to the Start-Up and commissioning of the Humalog Bulk Production Facilities and responsible of the facility maintenance for the Humalog facilities.

Project Engineer – Pfizer Global Manufacturing, Arecibo, PR - Coordination and daily inspections of construction projects for mechanical installations such as Rosenmound Filter overhaul, Valdecoxib registration, new milling machine. In charge of scheduling and coordination between owner, designers and contractors.

Project Inspector – Autoridad para el Financiamiento de la Infraestructura de Puerto Rico - Coordination and daily inspections of the North Coast Water Transmission and Distribution Improvement San Juan Area, Miramar Pipeline.

Project Engineer – Develop projects scopes and budget estimates for capital and expense projects. The focus on these projects was to maximize equipment and facilities maintainability as cost and time frames were maintained within scheduled commitments. Managed complex projects such as Parecoxib Expansion Project, which includes a new facility (Utilities, HVAC, packaging area for the launch of this new product (Lyophilized product using Aseptic filling); this project was completed ahead of schedule. CFC Storage Tank Farm, this project was executed with a limited timeframe due to the necessity to relocate the CFC’s from the supplier to the Plant because of new regulations. Also formed part of the group for the design of a new warehouse for the Plant this project is schedule to be performed starting during third quarter 2002, and a new WFI System.

Validation Specialist – Develop and execute Plant protocols such as IQ, OQ and PQ’s for equipment, facilities and Utilities. The backlog of change controls was reduced 75%. Prepare FAT’s documents for equipment’s.

SPECIAL SKILLS & TRAININGS

High proficiency in computer systems and office related systems such as MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project. Excellent writing and presentation skills on both English and Spanish. Work under minimum supervision and under pressure. OSHA 10 hours.
