Assisted over 800 temporary employees accessing and submitting payroll into the Deltek Time and Expense payroll system. Handled inbound phone calls daily for supply requests and logistics. Logistics coordinator for project, inventoried, ordered and ensured supplies were met. Responsible for $1M dollars, worth of stock and supply to ensure shelter ran smoothly and people were taken care of. Ordered supplies through the AMSS system and tracked shipments daily.

Directly supervises 9 civilian contract employees, creates monthly duty schedules and coordinates with base Civil Engineering on airfield construction projects to maintain a safe airfield environment. Coordinated on a $31K rinse rack project with Civil Engineering to repair water nozzles that was a UFC violation and was repaired. Established a new Training Operating Instruction with Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) that was 3 years outdated. Briefs wing leadership at quarterly Airfield Operations Board Meetings about the status of airfield construction projects and the wing airfield driving program. Trained and evaluated over 20 base airfield driving programs.

Monitored the installations airfield driving training program. Ensured all vehicles and drivers operating on the airfield are authorized. Monitored temporary duty personnel, aircraft procedures and parking locations.
