QUALIFICATIONS

I have many years experience in estimating, capital commercial construction and preconstruction program management in Design/Build, Negotiated and Hard Bid scenarios. Industry sectors where I have led complex cost estimating and cost control programs include aviation facilities, education, multifamily and multiple other industries. I provide expert project cost control, cost estimating, and cost analytics. Representative areas of my expertise include pre construction budget development,, asset/condition assessment, forensic estimating, material/equipment/system analysis, value engineering, procurement as well as estimates through document development for construction projects. My core strengths include all sixteen divisions. My experience along with a very good handle on Excel has allowed me to develop many time saving tools. I am use to being responsible for estimating / pre construction on multiple construction projects at one time. I have participated in, assembled and led bid teams, developed bid strategies and approaches, distributed workload and managed subcontractor networking.
