ZPEC is one of the business units of Zamil steel holding, ZPEC has large capacity of with expertise in the field of manufacturing of pressure vessels, Oil / Gas separators, heat exchangers, columns & reactors.

Production Supervisor

Estimation of man hours.

Preparation and execution of shop schedule.

Evaluation and providing man power requirement with present project to be execute.

Reviewing and providing feedback for the offers from sub contractors.

Preparation of manufacturing sequence and procedures for the shop.

Minimizing re-work by evaluating and maintain re-work data

Supervise over 100 employees with full responsibility for interviewing, hiring and training of personnel.

Responsible for fabrication of light, medium and heavy equipments. CS up to thickness 120mm, Low alloy steel up to thickness 50mm and clad material (CS+SS & LAS+SS) up to thickness 40mm.

Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budgeted man hours while maintaining quality standards.

Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.

Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.

Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.

Level 2 in Penetrant Test, Radiographic Testing, Welding Inspector(ISNT), Ultrasonic Testing(Limited Certification) of NDT.

Approval and implementation of Quality Assurance plan for Shell and Tube type Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels and also obtaining Final approval from TPI/Client.

Preparation of documents as per Quality control Manual.

TDC approval of Indents.

Preparation and Approval of WPS/PQR and Welder Performance Test As per ASME.

Inspection of Raw materials and bought out items.

Stage wise and final Inspection as per specification, QAP and drawing.

Control and Co-ordination for testing of Raw material and production control tests - In house and out side Lab.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards of “U “stamp, its renewal of and maintaining all related documents (Inspection Test Plan, Weld Plan, Welders continuity Records, PWPS- WPS/PQR Material traceability, Inspection Records- Raw Material & Stages, Manufacturer’s Data Report, ECR& NCR Records, measuring Instruments Calibration Records etc).

Coordinating with Third Party Inspection Agencies (LRIS, BVIS, TUV, etc) for stage wise inspection of jobs under “U STAMP CERTIFICATION”.

2) Asst. Manager – QA/QC 12/08/06 to 30/07/09

Stage wise and final Inspection as per specification, QAP and drawing.

Inspection of Raw materials and bought out items.

Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan

Co-ordination with internal department such as Production, Purchase, Design and Stores to ensure effective Co-ordination of Projects.

Monitoring the progress of each job and performance of individuals to ensure the adherence to the approved schedules.
