PROJECT - Worked with the Sales Home Solutions group to replace all of their old Desktop PCs and setup with new Desktop PCs. I had all of their new PCs remove from their boxes to replace the old PCs. I had replaced around 60-70 PCs in 1 month. Copied the old PC names that will be taking places of the old PCs. Once the new PCs were satisfied by the customers, the old PCs were wiped with Gdisk.

The supervisor gave me information to send out to the group from time to time on pertinent information to the group such as policy changes and planned network outages for example. Also I had to check when the employees were sick and/or on leave during those 3 months. In addition I had setup our monthly meetings for the team.

PROJECT – After every school year ends, around 100-150 laptops are re-imaged with either existing laptops or new laptops to prepare for the following school year for the US and foreign military officers.
