I have many strong skills applicable to this position. My interpersonal and communication abilities are very strong. I am comfortable and capable of handling difficult situations such as calming down and handling irate guests. I also contain strong computer skills. I have worked as an office manager for a small cabin business in Turner Falls previously. Therefor I am familiar with booking reservations and capable of handling all of the complications that pertain to this.
