Lead safety activities, kanban, 5s and 6s projects for all departments to maintain a clean and safe work environment for all team members
Experience with a wide range of machinery, CNC, Turning, welding (AC and DC), E-coat painting, spray coating, injection molding, and rubber vulcanizing machines
Computer skills, Microsoft office software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word, Mapics and Cebos-Mq1 system
Lead in presentations, research and development, audits, department meetings, strategy development, weekly status reports on data, production control, production results and production goals
Responsible for training for all team members in department and keeping them up to date on process standards for training sheets, such as, but not limited to safety protocols, 5s and OSHA regulations
