I was responsible for daily operations and performance of logistics, including off-site facilities. Supervised operations team to ensure KPI’s were achieved. Managed all in/outbound shipments of freight, focusing on revenue per mile. Managed and took ownership of all inventory processes and controls within the terminals. Developed relationships with external logistics partners to target sustainable cost reduction, service level improvements, and maintenance of quality levels.
