EDUCATION
Master of Science - Computer Networks, San Jose State University Graduated: Dec 2015 GRADUATE PROJECTS
Scaling of Multilayered Aggregate Switch for Data Center Architecture using SDN Summer 15
§ Improvised multi-tiered (Consisting of Edge Layer Switches, Aggregate Layer Switches and Core Layer Switches) Fat Tree and Switch Routed Data Center Architectures in an SDN environment using python scripts in Mininet SDN Emulator using POX controller and Open-Flow Protocol in a VMware WorkStation. Tested and Documented end-to-end data center inter communication and delay performance for 36, 48, 64 and 96 hosts
Automated reservation of Library Rooms using Selenium with Python Fall 15
§ Reduced room booking time in SJSU library by modeling web automation in Selenium that directly inputs the using user Id and password using python scripting Detection and Prevention Mechanism for Port Scan attack on SDN Fall 15
§ Generated Port scan attacks on network by sending TCP SYN connect requests to multiple ports on victim machine in a VM to find open ports. Accomplished prevention by disabling port on switch using IP tables and Open-Flow commands to block offending host. Tools Used: Python, POX controller and Shell Script Simple File Sharing Service Application Spring 15
§ Fulfilled file-sharing service where files are centrally located on server and shared among multiple clients using multi-threaded socket programming in C language. Achieved inter-network transfer between different virtual machine using HTTP protocol over TCP/IP Simulation of Label Switching in a Network using NS3 Tool Spring 15
§ Simulated a network topology that works on MPLS to understand the packet flow and Label manipulation actions. Constructed the network consisting of 7 routers and 5 hosts with different routes for transfer of packets between Ingress to Egress Routers using functions and label swapping using swap and pop functions.
Implementation of Voice over IP (VoIP) using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Fall 15
§ Deployed server using Asterisk Software and X-Lite Phone as VoIP user client to establish calling between them using H.323 and SIP. Experimented and tested call establishment, busy user, call on hold and call conferencing scenario between the server and client using PJSIP python library. Bachelor of Science - Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SRM University Graduated: May 2013
