I managed and supervised teams of 10-25 members working in various constructions projects in the organization.

I was given the role of on-site Construction Project Superintendent of all the projects assigned to me. I used my clear and precise communication skill in the construction site which helped me to communicate and present my points clearly and precisely to members of various levels in the organization namely engineers, contactors, subcontractors and team workers.
