As the Senior Quality Control Manager, on this $6,000,000 project, I performed Daily QC inspections, documented deficiencies, and ensured all quality, and Specifications were met. Provided Daily and Next Day Look Ahead Reports... Conducted Daily Environmental Inspection and Provided DART with Environmental SWPPP Weekly Reports. Provided Monthly Quality Control Test Reports on Concrete, Soils, Welds, Compaction/Density. Developed Surveillance Reports and Resolution on any Quality Issues. US Navy Facilities Joint Air Traffic Control Facility - Fort Worth, TX Quality Control manager, on this $11 million dollar project. I coordinated the quality control for the new radar antenna installation. I worked closely with the Construction team, and achieved timely completion with zero deficiencies. US Navy Joint Multi-Level Parking Facility - Fort Worth, TX As the Quality Control manager on this $2.5 million dollar project, I coordinated the overall quality with the Navy and the Construction team. This was a precast integral color structure. The project completed on time, zero accidents, zero unresolved deficiencies.

US Navy Facilities 8th Marine Admin Building – Fort Worth, TX As Quality Control Manager, on this $8 million dollar project, I managed the QC process to help deliver this 2 story concrete tilt wall structure with a thin brick veneer cast into the panels. The project was delivered on time, all deficiencies resolved, accident free. Cox Communication Facility - Rancho Santa Margarita, Long Beach, CA

Performed as project Superintendent, Quality Control and Safety Manager I delivered this $10-million dollar facility accident free, and on time. This Faculty was 20,000 sq. ft. Clean-Room.

AT&T Buildings – California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Montana. This project had 40 Fiber Optic, and Re-Generation sites. I served as Superintendent, Safety and Quality Control Manager. The project completed accident free, on schedule and within budget.

Fort Hood Boiler Room & Medical Facility – Fort Hood, TX As Superintendent on this USACOE $10 million dollar mechanical project I was responsible for QC Inspection, and Environmental Controls. Weekly Meetings with Sub-Contractors to ensure deadlines are met. Safety manager, Daily and Weekly Inspection of Safety Procedures.

Fort Sam Houston Base Medical Facility – Fort Sam Houston, TX

$8 million dollar, As QC Manager I was responsible for ensuring that the project was delivered within the COE guidelines and contract requirements. Fort Riley Base Dental Facility – Fort Riley, KS

$7 million dollar, 15,000 sf medical building. As QC Manager I was responsible for ensuring that the project was delivered within the COE guidelines and contract requirements.

Wyndam Garden Hotel Tennant Finish - Dallas, TX

I functioned as the project Superintendent completing this 7 story hotel finish out.

$ 8.5 Million Scope included painting, wall coverings, floor coverings, furniture installation, and special architectural features.
