Business Risk Management & Analysis Coordinator –CMS and Integrity Assurance Department- North Caspian Operating Company N.V., Atyrau, Kazakhstan
Support implementation, facilitation and improvement of an effective Business Continuity and Risk Management process across the Venture;
Provide expertise in support of development and improvement of Business Risk Management process, Business Risk Assessment methodology, and associated CMS documents;
Working with NCOC N.V. employees including other Business and Operational Risk Management department members in supporting a culture of strong operational risk management;
Coordinate effective implementation of the Business Risk Management strategy. Policy, procedure across the organization and alignment with other Risk Management processes and overall Business Controls framework for approval;
Facilitate and follow up on Risk response planning and assessment of potential strategic, financial, operational and compliance risks;
Present risk management status to Project Leadership Team & generate monthly risk management reports and responsible for collecting, recording and reporting on Corporate Control Indicators on a monthly basis within strict deadlines;
Develop key risk indicators (KRI) in coordination with risk owners and include in the risk registers. Production of in depth reporting and analysis for the Risk Department (through risk reporting, key risk indicators monitoring, internal audit and etc.);
Work effectively with Senior Project Manager and project teams in delivery of risk management services. Provide guidance and assistance to the Senior Project Manager and project teams to develop risk management;
Liaises closely with the Internal Audit function to update the risk registers and devise a risk auditing program, based on the information reflected in the audit report.
Communicate with NCOC N.V. stakeholders and the Pre-FEED study team in areas related to the construction and installation engineering, safety, quality, and operational Risk aspects in order to manage and resolve technical and engineering issues in a timely manner and ensure clarity and effective Risk Management;
Provide Oversight over the NCOC N.V. ERM policy setting and application framework and keep stakeholders informed on progress, outcomes, and expectations;
Ensures the Risk Management training is conducted at appropriate levels within the Departments to cultivate a risk management culture.
Lead the development and implementation of appropriate Risk Management methods, systems and procedures in the Development Projects and business lines, in order that such groups shall properly fulfill their Risk Management responsibilities;
Integrate Risk Management with Project Control functions including change control, progress reporting, schedule management and baseline control, cost and commercial management and information/ document management;
Update the Audit Committee & the CEO about the Risk Management strategy, Implementation Plans, and the profile of Financial, Operational, Compliance and Strategic risks;
Liaison with Internal Control Department and provide them quarterly with the updated risk registers from various functions / departments;
Facilitate QRA review meetings, build Risk models, run the Cost and Schedule Assessments ( QRAs) and generate contingency breakdown reports;
Communicate the Risk Strategy within the Kashagan Project and to Senior Leadership Team;
