Oriflame Sweden: Analyst (Dec 2014-July 2015)

Designed and deployed end-to-end Purchase to pay process (indirect procurement) for Oriflame of IFS (similar to ERP) Platform. Studied and customized global procurement policies to categorize nearly 80% of Europe and Asia markets indirect spend which was approx. 300 million Euros. Identified timelines in Indonesian & Sri Lankan market, project planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.

Landis+Gyr Ltd. (Toshiba Corporation): Global Development Center, Procurement Executive (Feb 2014-Dec 2014)

Worked with Product Managers and R&D team to plan and prioritize new energy meter development activities.

Was involved in development of procurement strategies for TATA Power Advanced Metering infrastructure (AMI) project, which is India’s first AMI pilot project.

With consistent supplier inspections and technical vetting, I successfully reduced the cost and logistic timelines of the projects by 5% for cost and 20 days for logistics.

KEC International Ltd.: Procurement Engineer/ Officer (Power System) (June 2011-Jan 2014)

India – Managed Supply chain for Supply, Erection, testing & commissioning of 1 No 400/220kV, 500MVA/ 315 MVA Auto transformer and extension of 400/220kV kV substation at 4 locations across India with the provision of bay as per Single Line Diagram provided (Project duration 10 months).

Bhutan - Upgradation of existing 66 kV substation at Tsirang to 2 x 10 MVA, 220/66 kV substation. Construction of 220 kV transmission lines from Tsirang to Jigmeling along with interconnecting transformer 220/132 kV substation at Jigmeling catering to central region (Project duration 25 months).

Nepal - Construction of switching station and 132 kV double-circuit transmission line from Matatirtha to Katunje (Project duration 18 months).
