Managed the day-to-day operations of the business including supervising five (5) employees. Responsible for maintaining product inventory and placing orders as necessary to maintain product inventory. Provided customer service to all customer base. Oversaw the order taking, order preparation and quality control for all orders placed. Managed all the delivery aspects of delivery orders placed including pricing, scheduling and routing with the delivery drivers. Enterprise Rent a Car, Linthicum, MD 09/2004 - 11/2007 Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Corporate Account Manager Provided excellent customer service to the rental car industry and answered a high volume of calls from customers. Responsible for all the proper underwriting of all the contracts for all cars on rent. Maintained a fleet of 150+ cars which includes all maintenance of the fleet, renting of the cars and shuttling between the main branch and the satellite office. Utilized other area and regional offices to maintain fleet and meet reservation needs. Maintained and managed all corporate accounts which included marketing to potential new customers and managing the needs of all existing corporate accounts. Responsible for overseeing fire suppression duties and the supervision of all personnel under my direct command while conducting emergency operations. Provides and supervises in emergency medical care of patients while maintaining all appropriate paperwork pertaining to incidents or personnel under my supervision. Ensure all relevant personnel are maintaining and have inspected all apparatus to ensure they are response ready daily, weekly, monthly and annually. Provides continuing education training to all members of the department through classroom or hands on training while responsible for training of all new personnel to ensure they are qualified to ride emergency apparatus.
