Cedarville University's Center for Biblical and Theological Studies Apr. 2008 – May 2008
• Project goals included: planning, installation, and maintenance of a wireless alarm system into museum exhibit which is integrated into the foyer area
• Challenges: installation into unique and sensitive building surfaces, specialized glass cases, and securing the extensive glass windows and cases used.
• Successful installation and deployment of alarm systems to requirements, on time, and under budget Certicom Security June 2006 – Aug. 2010
• CIA Systems was sub contracted by Certicom for various short term and long term projects over the course of several years due to our unique professionalism and proficiency with advanced systems
• Projects included: several RadioShack locations, the Sony Store at Easton Mall in Columbus, Ohio jointly owned by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sonic Drive-thru locations, and an assortment of Midas locations
• All of these projects utilized functional forms of Agile and Six Sigma methodologies, and they were successes to both the end client and to Certicom

• Request to design and quote an integrated security system for new home office location
• Project included: planning, installation, and maintenance of video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems involving a functional Six Sigma methodology
• Challenges: extensive use of specialized glass doors, advanced cabling systems, logistical concerns, and integrating access control into in-bedded CRM
• Project successfully installed and deployed systems to specifications and budget requirements Super Fitness, Toledo, OH Mar. 2011 – June 2011
• This several month long project included installing a 64 camera system, deploying a roof laser fence alarm system, and utilizing an in-house created drone
• Challenges: extensive and lengthy cable runs, working in night conditions, and securing expensive A/C units
• Project was a success as the camera and alarm systems were installed and deployed to specifications, under budget, and on time utilizing Quickbooks and MS Project
• Two minor Research, Design, and Implementation projects conducted within the larger project
Projects consisted of: drone unit created to pull interior cable and a pressure sensitive intrusion alarm mat
Drone was successfully deployed, and trade off in research and development costs was a net gain in current project along with residual savings on future projects
Pressure sensitive mat was not deployed to budgetary and scope constraints, rather a laser fence was utilized to secure A/C units
Projects were an ad-hoc mixture of functional Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Due to superior performance and pricing, CIA was requested by the client for additional projects which lasted into Nov. 2011, adding further revenue and opportunities to the CIA portfolio References and samples of research work available upon request
