Developed Foodtown’s computer network and established our internal financial statements. Systems installed include Sage’s MAS 90, Microsoft Office, Scanmaster POS Software, S4 Receiving and Pricing software.

Prepared all financial reporting of the Company including profit and loss statements, strategic plans, sales analyses, competitive analyses, cash management, pricing strategies, planning and budgeting and internal controls.

Conducted store operation visits and managerial and associate reviews.

Managed Foodtown’s purchasing program and negotiated costs and terms with outside vendors.

Directed Foodtown’s pricing system and ensured the accuracy within our computer network and register system.
