ThreadOS (C++)
Ported Java-based operating system simulator to C++
Used the Boost C++ library to create runnable thread classes, similar to Java's thread class
Remote collaboration with two other students
Visual Studio development environment and GitHub version control
Freight Commander (SQL, C#)
Created application for model train enthusiasts to simulate cargo scheduling
Wrote and maintained a console application using .NET and Entity framework to query and update the remote database server
Contributed to design and development of the normalized database that controlled the logic of the train simulation
Collaborated with two other students by meeting twice a week and using GitHub for version control
Motorola 68000 Disassembler (Assembly)
Designed and implemented a 68K microprocessor disassembler that converted object code to human readable assembly language
Created test suite early in development. Increased test coverage for each newly added opcode. Test cases included boundary conditions and out of range input argument variables. Also, ran regression tests when code committed to master branch
