An active member of PE Sub-Surface directorate, have been working as Asset Lead PT for Well, Reservoir & Facility Management(WRFM) functions and supporting WRFM Team Leader for coordinating opportunity generation to maturation, production optimization and maintenance, intervention works, well integrity and data management. Have additional role for New Oil Drilling that include well pick, drilling, completion, commissioning and testing. Providing regular inputs to business cycles of Development Planning, Annual Program Built, Short Term Production Forecast (STPF) and Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR). Also, adding value to growing cluster by providing strong technical TA-2 (Technical Authority Level-2) support to complex and challenging field studies, operations and coaching local staff.

As part of strong team driving the growing asset portfolio, closely involved with WRFM activities that boosted production from 8000 to 8750 m3/d. During last seven years growth is achieved by arresting NFA decline, improved near field appraisal, new oil performance and reserve addition. Providing TA2 support for cluster development strategy mainly focused on maintaining production plateau and future growth through appraisal, fraccing and EOR projects. With integration, initiatives and support form stakeholders, have been able to address data gap issues through acquisition and subsequent interpretation of regular surveillance (tracer surveys, RSTs, PLTs, Build Up, Step rate) to make decisions on new wells, water shut-offs, stimulation, injection rates, active zone changes and optimization of both artificially lifted and natural flow completions. Regularly evaluating and optimizing water flood performance via continuously updated subsurface models, including sand-level mapping, stream-line simulation and real-time EBS. Improved cluster surveillance including tracer campaign improved flood understanding and helping in field appraisal and development.

Contributed and coordinated WRFM and WF Health assessments with Shell experts and worked on follow up actions of Modeling, step rate test and conformance improvement. An effective modeling strategy was identified as main gap during WRFM assessment. To comply with minimum requirement and as part of improvement plan for asset cluster, developed a modeling strategy in association with Senior RE to contribute to sustainable NFA, efficient WF and disposal management.

With Shell research team association, executed field trial of Low Salinity Water Flooding in a south Oman field. Have been regularly working as Completion Chairman for cross cluster sub-surface teams. Prepared Artificial Lift Strategy for cluster, implementation is ongoing that has stabilized facility process by flare reduction, NGL extraction and increased gas export. For de-bottlenecking of flow line constrains caused due to delayed flow line campaign was handled using high strength pipes within the jackets.

Application of well head temperature measuring tools to optimize gas lifted wells on location resulted in significant gain.
