Objective

Professional Architect with 37 years experience of working in this field. Originally from Europe/Lithuania. I was working as an architect and project manager in many countries around Europe and almost 200 buildings built in my country and places around. Recently changed my country and permanently live in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Projects I worked with all these years – private residential homes and condominiums, large volume commercial buildings- offices, hotels and shopping centers, renovations and restorations on heritage protected buildings, interior work and supervision of construction processes. Was responsible at handover procedures of all those projects

Working as the project manager for many years I'm well versed in MS Office, Microsoft Excel, CAD programs and able to accurately manage project budgets, contract with and schedule subcontractors, communicate with clients, company staff and of course architects.

Knowledge of local requirements and building codes I guess is more less similar to European codes. Hope to catch with them quickly.

My career goal is to become a part of your office, sharing my skills and experience I have obtained working as architect, project manager and team leader for last. I am able fully manage the project by inspecting work performed and establishing clear expectations with subcontractors before work is performed. I'm fully equipped with internet computers programs and other office tools, driving own car and have NC driver license.
