Human Resources Officer (Retired) – Responsible for developing a new Human Resource Department from numerous segmented functions. Coordinate the entire Human Resource for our 8 locations employing 120 employees in electric distribution.
The following are my immediate priorities:
• Transition Cooperative to a centralized HR department
• Review all current procedures and establish a formal uniform process
• Assure compliance with all regulations and guidelines
• Update all related policies, job descriptions, applications, succession development, and promote the value of utilizing Human Resource in the Cooperatives overall mission and goals for our membership.

Human Resources Manager- Responsible for Southern Region’s compliance with corporate Human Resource obligations and the entire corporate safety obligations. Coordinate the entire Human Resources functions for regional office with 30 professional staff, five (5) lumber and flooring mills with approximately 130 employees, and other regional smaller supporting offices employing about 60 employees. All staff was non-bargaining employees. My responsibilities are as follows:
