Responsible for “ground up” development of the AN/SPN-46 Precision Approach Landing System (PALS) Simulator. The SPN-46 is a Carrier based radar system capable of auto landing aircraft. Simulator involves a combination of software solutions, hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and stimulation of real carrier equipment. Simulator development in collaboration with the US Navy (in an IPT environment) to ensure all requirements are achieved. Additional duties include tech writing for SDRL/CDRLs (Subcontract/Contract Documentation Requirements List). Additional duties included documentation for the SPN-43 radar.

Comprehensive verification/validation of software implementation on various Locomotive simulations and real Locomotives.
