Directed the creation, editing, and staffing of the Army’s key requirements documents that support program development for offensive cyberspace operations (OCO).
Created a Top Secret voice and data communications for the Deployable Task Force Headquarters, a first for the division, by engineering and installing system improvements.
Organized and managed the network operations of the division at Fort Drum, NY through two challenging field exercises while concurrently serving as the Network Engineer.
Managed the installation and decommissioning of network hubs that supported more than 30,000 customers in Afghanistan preventing negative impacts on military operations.
Established and managed the Communications and Intelligence Working Group in Kandahar Afghanistan providing expertise and oversight to experimental programs.
Delivered three teams to out of state locations, each consisting of more than 40 personnel and $5 million dollars’ worth of equipment, 90 days ahead of schedule after returning from Iraq.

Project Manager responsible for the design, installation, operation and troubleshooting of the network that supported more than 30,000 users from ten nations spread across four provinces and 25,000 square miles in the Southern Region of Afghanistan.
* Planned and guided the installation of the division hub node to replace existing equipment that was freed up for use to create an autonomous hub node for the Northern Region. This work was completed so that it was practically transparent to the users.
* Conducted continuous improvement of the network to add wireless links that added alternate paths for reliability and supported passing surveillance video throughout the region.

Operations Manager and team leader of a fifteen member team conducting the planning, directives, and training for a unit with over 600 personnel and $90 million worth of communications systems and military equipment.
* Planned and directed the execution of the battalion’s post deployment equipment reset and retraining while simultaneously executing post support missions and providing communications support for units participating in three separate exercises, two in Texas and one in California. The first teams began support within 90 days of the unit’s return from Iraq and Afghanistan, half the standard time allotted for redeployed units.
* Optimized the training plan to ensure that 100% of the unit personnel were trained on their equipment during a period of high turnover.
