Directed leadership for 185 offshore Team members, 70 onshore, includes 6 Supervisors in the Revenue Cycle Management Department. Overseeing personnel, systems, and operations of posting, refunds, and denials divisions to include treasury and vendor management for a 500 million dollar company. Efficiencies attained in alleviating a 100 million dollar unposted cash backlog. 12.5 million SLA achieved at position abolishment. Helped design, implement, and operate a state of the art cash intake and application system.

Division Director – multiple Ambulatory Care Centers

Provided Practice Administration and revenue cycle expertise for six ambulatory care sites, two of which were new start ups.
