Reorganized the facilities layout of machinery by the method of utilizing the spaghetti diagram of workflow derived from the Lean Training
Improved productivity and reduced downtime 33% and 150% respectively
Introduced a new quick order system that uses a Kan-Ban visual place-cards that improved turnaround time for on-time delivery from 5% to 98%
Promoted to Metallurgical Lab Supervisor testing incoming material and analyzing samples taken from the heat-treat furnaces. Also performed weekly and monthly continuity tests of furnace temperatures and logged data accordingly.
