I have been working in the field of Information Technology with various capacities ranging from data analysis/ reporting, database/ software development, and software quality assurance testing. I am very familiar with functional and non-functional software testing through my involvement in software application interfaces to exchange patient data. . Recently, I have worked as a data processing analyst at Alberta Health Services dealing with confidential Influenza immunization data. Prior to this, I have worked as an Operational Analyst at Alberta Energy and I was responsible for the User Acceptance Testing of Land Automated Mineral Agreement System (LAMAS2) project software. Before joining Alberta Energy, I worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester with APPROACH (Alberta Provincial Project for Outcome Assessment in Coronary Heart Disease - www.approach.org) from 2008 to March of 2014. The software is used as a clinical research application throughout hospitals in Alberta and as a research database. In all of my assigned tasks, I have demonstrated a methodical, detail-oriented thorough approach in identifying and documenting issues in a timely and effective manner.
