During my college career, I have successfully completed coursework in Marketing, Sales & Marketing Management, Business Communications, Essentials to Accounting, Financial Management, and Survey of Economics. In addition to my coursework, I was a founding member, Communications Officer and Vice President of the Reynolds Computer Club. My duties as Communications Officer were as follows: weekly informational e-mails to all persons involved with organization, kept detailed minutes for all meetings, event, and/or activity, filed all paperwork, maintained club roster/ email directory of officers and member. As Vice President Duties were as follows: assist the President with all duties, created an attendance data entry form for all meetings, events, and activities, in charge of new member recruiting, and in charge of all club promotions.
I am also proficient in the following areas: Microsoft Office programs, oral/written communication, strong attention to detail /organization, and multi-tasking. In addition to my clerical skills and computer experience, I have almost twelve years of customer service experience.
