Description:

ACE Insurance acquires the company called CHUBB. Chubb users are needed to access the existing Filenet applications as existing users. FileNet application are configured one Active Directory Domain (ACEPRS.INTR), Existing FileNet applications need to added the 2 other Active Directory domains. New Active Directory users are access the FileNet applications as existing PRS domain users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Taken the all the Filenet Configurations backup, Websphere applications server all profiles backups, Object store DB full backup for the role back plan.

Configure the Federated repository realm under configure the 3 repository identifiers for the all Websphere Application server profiles.

Validate the all the 3 domain controller users are populated in manage users tab in Web sphere admin console.

Generate and export the LTPA key from Content Engine profile and import the LTPA to all other Websphere application server profiles.

Added new Active directory domain details in FEM Directory configuration settings.

Coordinate with AD team and enabled the Two Way Cross Forest Trust between the Active Directory domains for Content Navigator application. SSO got enabled the Content Navigator applications.

Adding the new domain users to existing Active Directory security groups.

Raise the PMR with IBM. Coordinate IBM technical persons resolve the issue

Create test cases and provide the QA team to test all existing documents is access with the new domain users.

Create a document for each and every change and upload in the ACE share point site.

Description:

The objective of implementing New Business & Underwriting Work flow system is to reduce manual labor in movement of work and tracking progress, increase speed in issuing new policies & increase efficiency and accuracy in workflow management.

The system consists of FileNet Capture as document committal system and FileNet BPF as user interface with a custom web application (developed on Struts framework). There are background jobs which interact with CANH interface system (like Policy Admin System (Ingenium), Underwriter Worksheet, FEP) and FileNet system

Roles and Responsibilities:

Doing health check all environment and send mail to customer.

Monitor the Filenet Content engine, process engine logs, and BPF logs.

Monitoring the existing workflows, Create new workflows for the Development environment.

Utilize the Process Administrator to triage work items in the Conductor Queue and various maintenance tasks.

As per the user requirement moving the work items one step to other step using the process administrator tool.

Purge data from the event logging table every 3 months.

The purpose of this project is for editorial process at IHS and the system design for the Symphony - News and Same Day Analysis. DITA is chosen as the standard for creating articles at IHS. A typical IHS News and Same Day Analysis process consists of creating an article, reviewing the article, copy editing the article and subsequent publishing. The article creation can be coordinated or non-coordinated. In Coordinated model, a coordinator will provide instructions and request a creator to write an article. In Non-Coordinated model, the creator writes an article herself/himself. IHS content can be categorized based on Content Group (News and Same Day Analysis, Conceptual etc.), Content Area (Energy, Defence etc.) and Article Type (News Flash, Bulletin etc.). The application is designed to manage article creation editorial process in a workflow-driven environment providing significantly enhanced processing capability. The major components of the solution include FileNet P8 Content Management, Process Management, and Quark XML Authoring (Quark XA). The publishing can be magazine or online web publishing.
