Construction Project Manager (Consultant) – Role & Responsibilities:

Manage all site efforts that includes; field design and engineering, coordination with home office engineering and procurement, hold/participate in engineering and constructability and estimating reviews. Build/maintained a fully loaded EPC project schedule using MS project as well as estimated or verified all estimates related to changes. Oversee all day to day site safety, QC and construction activities as well as held and or participated in all construction/client/engineering meetings and reporting. Project high-level scope consisted of; design/build or EPC of all civil, controls, electrical, equipment, instrumentation, piping, process, programming, structural and utility requirements to complete an LPG Midstream Site Infrastructure & Rail/Truck Terminal expansion project.
