Construction Project Manager (Consultant) – Role & Responsibilities:

Manage all site efforts that includes; field design and engineering, coordination with home office engineering and procurement, hold/participate in engineering and constructability and estimating reviews. Build/maintained a fully loaded EPC project schedule using MS project as well as estimated or verified all estimates related to changes. Oversee all day to day site safety, QC and construction activities as well as held and or participated in all construction/client/engineering meetings and reporting. Project high-level scope consisted of; design/build or EPC of all civil, controls, electrical, equipment, instrumentation, piping, process, programming, structural and utility requirements to complete an LPG Midstream Site Infrastructure & Rail/Truck Terminal expansion project. Major equipment included in scope, Electrical Panels, MCC, UPS, Xfmr, Filter Coalescer, Air and Gas Compressors, Odorant Injection or Mercaptan System, assorted Pumps, Rail Rack structure/equipment, Rail Spurs, assorted Storage Tanks and Truck Load/Unload equipment. Managed all FEL3 pre-construction requirements as well as assisted in managing; conceptual design, field engineering, constructability reviews, building of estimates, building/issuing/negotiating bid packages and building/maintaining a fully loaded project schedule. Project high-level scope consisted of; design/build EPC of all systems and equipment requirements for a new Greenfield LPG terminal. Project scope of work included; clearing and grubbing of the site.
