Rockwell Customs December 2014 – Present

Superintendent

Oversee $3 million dollar project, consisting of new construction with 7 units and 32 Town Houses, with 4-5 buildings per unit, averaging $475,000.00+.

$500,000.00 renovation of two story Ranch house; gutted and redid the entire first floor.

Responsible for all scheduling.

Order all material required for projects.

Manage and oversee day to day operations

Responsible of overseeing and managing the billing; including making sure all materials are received.

Nolen Properties 2012 – October 2014

Supervised one and a half year renovation and reconstruction of 145 acre, 40,000 sq ft estate, in Newtown Square, PA.

Project value totaled to $40 Million dollars, with $1,000.00 per sq ft.

Scheduled and managed all subcontractors, with up to 145 workers on site.

Managed construction of all unique features of home, including construction of hidden billiard room, 65 seat movie theater with sound proofing of floor, walls and ceiling, installation of 1200amp service, two elevators, 37 heat pumps and 5 condensers 4 wells and major water room, three story free standing circular stair case, two story 30x55 library with a second story deck able to hold 8,000 books, bread oven and fire place in main kitchen as well as 9 unique fire places. Project completed on schedule and on budget.

Pulte Homes 2006 – 2007

Finish superintendent on large home construction projects.

Oversaw the new construction of over 200 homes, averaging to $600,000 + per home

Supervision and scheduling of subcontractors.

Communication with Project Manager and Suppliers.

Responsible for authorizing sub-contractor payment, QA readiness and pre-orientation of homeowners.
