Manufacturing Engineer
Develop manufacturing process solutions inclusive of complete work cells, fixtures, gauges, tooling, work instructions and metrology for processes involving the conversion of foam and other materials into finished products, assemblies, and/or kits.
Position Responsibilities:
1.Utilize and direct internal and external resources to complete projects on time and within budget. Analyze data to drive continual improvement efforts, automation opportunities, incorporation of new technologies, improved ergonomics and reduction of scrap.
2.Develop, design, build and troubleshoot manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, delivery and cost expectations capable of meeting customer requirements at acceptable risk, for all features.
3.Create and maintain documentation and system information for assigned product lines.
4.Create and maintain records of the product realization process related to the product design and validation, test plans, special requirements and risks.
5.Develops manages and monitors capacity planning tools for assigned product lines sufficient to meet customer needs based on the production schedule using MAS100
6.Manage/supervise up to 28 direct reports within assigned area determining priority and work assignments for each.
7.Provide technical support to Business Development (Sales) for customer solution inquiries, samples and prototypes.
8.Working closely with Quality to define product characteristics, monitoring and measuring controls, methods and devices to assist the preparation of First Article Inspection.

Product Engineer
To provide technical assistance to the Product Engineering Dept. and general technical support to all internal functions at Radix and Electrovations facilities as required. 2.Provide timely response to Sales requests for basic and custom item data entries or modifications in the Syteline ERP system.
3.Provide available technical information relative to product designs, limitations and cost information to Sales and Customers as requested.
4.Implementation and on-going technical support of Job Operation Checklist shop-floor documentation system.
5.Participate in the Change Management process with project assignments as directed.
6.Provide technical support for REACH/RoHS and other environmental compliance documentation
