Project Coordination Responsibilities

Review and analyse tenders and contracts; Understanding requirements and coordinating compliance with such requirements with internal involved parties and external stakeholders;

Minimize the organization’s exposure and risk; Ensure all recurrent legal, contractual documents & paperwork needed in tenders and projects are available and up-to-date; Follow up on appropriate legal procedures such as legalization;

Bank daily transactions: deposits and account; bank reconciliations; preparations of; bank guarantees; bid bonds; keep records of the related amendments, extensions, expiry dates and general bank related correspondences.
