Presently working at the interface of R&D and business of company. More than five year working experience in product development of lubricating greases of different type of soaps (i.e. lithium, lithium complex, calcium, calcium complex, aluminium complex etc.) as per their their applications in, steel plants, cement plants, minings, automotives, railways, defence and in other diverse applications.

Excellent experties in development of sulphonate complex greases, non-soap and solid lubricant greases for high temperature applications, lubricants based on bitumen/asphalt for heavy duty applications and food grade greases for food machinery applications.

Experience for planning and execution of research projects which includes - identification of raw materials, development of products and processes for the production at pilot scale and propose to customers for trial with the help of technical service team.

Capable to understand the behaviour of complex mixtures of lubricants and efficient knowledge of design/ modify the product formulations.

Experience of APQP, PPAP documentation and complete process required for ISO/TS 16949 certification.

Experience of quality control of speciality grade lubricants of our company and complete documentation process required for the product approval from Indian Railways.

Participate in trials and visit to industrial customer sites for proper implementation of projects and support to the Balmer Lawrie lubricants business.

Imparting technical support to Balmer Lawrie technical, marketing and R&D colleagues related to tribotesting and troubleshooting of lubricants.

Excellent knowledge to develop the superior or equivalent product to competitor products by analysing competitor products or field samples.

Hands on experience on sophisticated analytical instruments used in test analysis and quality control of petrochemical and lubricating products and their upkeep and maintenance.

Four year working experience on different petrochemical and lubricating field instruments i.e. Four Ball EP Tester, SRV Tester, Automated Viscometer, Brookfield Viscometers, Grease Life Tester, Grease Oil Leakage Tester, High Temperature and High Shear Viscometer (HTHS), Mini Rotary Viscometer (MRV), SRV, FZG, V2F, KRL test rigs, Cold Crank Simulator (CCS), TAN/TBN by potentiometric titrator, Flash Point apparatus, Pour Point Apparatus, Foaming Stability tester, Oxidation Stability tester, Air Release Value Apparatus, Demulsibility apparatus, Rust Test apparatus, Penetrometer for consistency measurement etc.

Nearly four years hands-on experience with Bruker DPX 300 MHz NMR spectrometer. Well versed with the calibration of RF pulses, line-shape shimming and able to standardize various one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR experiments such as Proton, 13C{1H}, DEPT, DQF-COSY, TOCSY, HMQC, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY etc.

Hands on experience with Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) equipment for the analysis of polymers. Working experience with Infrared (FTIR), Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometers (UV-Vis), Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), HPLC, and Gas Chromatography.
